Shipping costs are determined by your location and chosen USPS mail service. When available, FREE SHIPPING is only offered for orders shipping within the continental USA only. Items shipped for free are sent via USPS Standard Mail or First Class Parcel at MY FASHION DOLLS' discretion. Orders are processed Monday – Friday and are generally shipped by 5:00PM EST. Standard order processing times are generally 1-3 business days and Expedited and Express order processing times are generally processed on the same business day, excluding holidays and weekends. Depending on the item availability and your location, items may be shipped from our closest warehouse in the USA. Delivery times can take between 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping, 1-3 business days for Expedited Shipping and 1 business day for Express Shipping. All delivery estimates do not include time allowed for order processing and we will do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders may not be delivered on the weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the US Postal Service.
International Shipping cost will vary, please contact us for a quote. We will ship via USPS First Class International Mail or Fedex at our own discretion. Delivery may take between 10-20 business days and does not include time allowed for order processing. Tracking may or not be accurate when parcel is located outside the USA depending on the mail host's country parcel tracking capabilities. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the US Postal Service, Fedex and/or the local Postal Service. Insurance is available for an additional cost, please contact us for an accurate quote.
YOU HAVE UP TO 10 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVED YOUR SHIPMENT TO RETURN ANY UNWORN ITEMS YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH BACK TO US. ITEMS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE THE ITEM(S) HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
We offer a hassle-free and no questions asked return policy. Shipping costs will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. Full refunds will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. Items purchased on clearance/ final sale are not eligible for return. All other items to be eligible for a return, they must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it along with all tags attached. Item(s) must be in the original packaging and include a copy of the sales receipt.
- Please obtain an RMA number by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your first and last name on your MY FASHION DOLLS account, order # and product code/ name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Returns must be postmarked within 10 (ten) days of the date you received your shipment.
- Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags still attached and a copy of the original invoice included. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving credit.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you within 2-4 days that we have received your returned item through your confirmed email address. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the returned item(s).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or merchant's credit policies. Please contact your card issuer or merchant for additional questions in regards to a missing credit.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you feel you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 10 days of your receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Defective/Damaged items process:
- Use your camera/smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to email@example.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
- Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
- Include the first and last name on your MY FASHION DOLLS account, order #, and product code/name of the item.
CLEARANCE AND ACCESSORIES SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-RETURNABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS MARKED AS ACCESSORIES, CLEARANCE OR FINAL SALE ITEMS.
