Ordering online is easy! When viewing an item, just select your size and quantity and click on "Add to cart". Your item will be added to the "Cart", visible on the right corner. In the cart, you can apply any discount codes and when you're ready to pay, click on "Checkout". Then just follow the easy prompts. We will then receive your order, send you a confirmation email and get it ready for shipping. When shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also have the option of paying with your Paypal account.
We try to make the checkout process as easy as possible. Please verify that you have entered your billing address correctly and that the "Card Verification Value (CVV) Card Verification Value Example matches the one on your card. If for some reason you receive an error message or just unable to place the order, please contact us via the form on the right or email us directly at support@myfashiondolls.com. Please include the item number and payment method you were trying to use as well as any error messages. We will get back to you shortly.
Please click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page and select "Track Your Order". If you cannot see this link you will need to log into your account. In the Track Your Order page, enter your Order ID from your confirmation email and Billing Email address used during checkout. Once you click on Track, you will see your order details where you will be able to cancel your order as long as it has not shipped from our warehouse. Once confirmation that your order has been cancelled is received, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If you need to make changes without cancelling, please contact as soon as possible at support@myfashiondolls.com during our normal business hours.
Most items are covered by our 10-Day Return Policy, but you must first contact us for an RMA number. Items must still be new, clean, unworned and unwashed with all tags attached in original shipping bag. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that due to health laws, swimwear is not eligible for a return unless the lower garment protector is in place. All sales items are final and cannot be returned. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund on your original payment form and/or issue store credit.

In most cases we replenish our inventory pretty quickly. However, if it's an item that you just cannot wait, please contact us via the form on the left with the item that is sold out and we will do our best to get it in stock as soon as possible.
